Azure Pools And Golden Sands

These earrings are inspired by thoughts of a sandy beach and warm blue seas.

The earrings are made using the Mokume Gane technique where thin layers of coloured translucent clay are covered with gold leaf, then distorted and cut into thin slices, which are cured to form delicate tube shapes.  Each tube bead is 4.5cm long.

The earrings are 5cm long and have gold plated fish hooks.
