I had fun making these!

I have called this range Bettina after Bettina Welker, the polymer clay artist who devised the technique that produces the pattern on these beads. She calls it a pixellated retro blend cane. This is a lightweight, delicate looking necklace that is perfect to add a pop of rainbow colour to a plain t-shirt or jumper. The necklace is made from polymer clay which is formed into a dotted cane and cut into thin slices, which are cured to form delicate tube shapes. There are 13 tube beads in the necklace and each tube is 4cm long.

White, matte glass seed beads are threaded between the polymer clay beads on strong, flexible beading wire and fastened with a magnetic clasp. The necklace is 42cm long.
