Just Look at the Changing Colours
These pendants use a technique developed by Ginger Davis Allman, the American polymer clay artist. The secret is the use of iridescent cellophane film on top of polymer clay and sealed with resin. The finished effect is simply fantastic with the colours changing as the light catches to surface. My photographs do not show how beautiful they are in real life.
The oval shape pendants are 6cm long and 4.3cm wide and the diamond shape is 6cm long and 4.8cm wide. Both these shapes are slightly domed. The irregular brown shape pendant is 8.2cm long and 4cm wide and is flat not domed.
The back of the pendant are plain coloured and lightly textured as shown. The pendants are threaded onto coloured silky thread or ribbon as shown and are fastened with a lobster clasp and extension chain so the length can be adjusted between 40-46cm.
